As founder of SYMPHYSIS, Olivier has been consulting for architects since 2003, providing bioclimatic design solutions, site and climate analyses, shading impact reports such as san francisco's section 295, as well as recommendations on daylighting, solar stress mitigation, and passive design strategies. 

Prior to his designer and project manager position at DNM Architect in Sausalito, ca from 2006 to present, he worked for Van der Ryn Architects in Sausalito, CA. He has also consulted for autodesk, and provided training throughout north america for the environmental analysis simulation software ecotect.

Olivier holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from CAL POLY Humboldt State University, a Master in Architecture from the University of Hawaii, and has been a LEED accredited professional since 2003. He is also a Certified Energy Analyst (CEA) and member of the California Association of Building Energy Consultants (CABEC). he currently resides in YUCCA VALLEY, CA.
